Rose Hill Plantation, a 1,700 acre private community, is located six miles from Hilton Head Island and 25 miles from historic Savannah. It’s found on either side of Highway 278 and sits next to another popular lowcountry community, Belfair.
Estate homes and homesites between 1 and 3 acres can be found on the estate or equestrian side. Rose Hill’s estate homes and homesites are along the banks of the Colleton River. The golf course side features full size and patio homes and homesites overlooking wooded preserves and golf fairways.
