Accountability
Simply Grand Property Management is accountable to you. We are there when you need us, and we are never more than a text, phone call, or email away. You will receive communication regarding each visit we make to your home with any pertinent information concerning its status. In addition, if needed, we will document our visits to your home with appropriate photographs of any changes in your home’s status that may be in need of repair or maintenance.

Entrusting your house to Simply Grand Property Management means that you can enjoy an extended absence with no worries, hassles, or ugly surprises when you return. To help ease your mind, we routinely monitor your property for the following issues:
- Short term rentals- security deposits & release after the property has been inspected.
- Long term rentals- security deposit and rent collection.
- Property marketing
- Damage from storms
- Signs of forced entry
- Indicators of vandalism
- Flood damage
- Problems with moisture
- Plumbing issues

- Broken or frozen pipes

In addition, we will ensure:

While you are away, we will provide the following caretaking services to meet your needs:
- Onsite home inspections
- Home inspections during below-freezing and inclement weather conditions
- Home inspections after tropical storms and hurricanes
- Open and close for service providers
- Check smoke detector batteries and operation
- Check water leaks, HVAC, toilets
- Alarm responsiveness
We also offer hurricane preparation. We will stow any patio furniture, potted plants or any outdoor items in preparation for a hurricane. This can be done in response to an incoming storm or at the beginning of hurricane season.
Additional services include verification of valuable inventory. You can select items in your home that you want verified during our property inspections. We will take digital photos of such items and use as a checklist during each visit and inform you immediately of any discrepancies.
